By downloading, installing, or using FTC Poker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FTC Poker is a free multiplayer Texas Hold'em poker game for mobile devices. The game uses virtual chips with no real-money value. FTC Poker is a social game — no real gambling takes place.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use FTC Poker. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address.

4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

• FTC Poker may offer virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items for purchase.
• Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple App Store policies.
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify virtual item availability.

5. Display Names

• Display names must comply with our community guidelines.
• We reserve the right to remove or ban any display name that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates our guidelines.
• Removed display names may not be eligible for refund.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

FTC Poker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency, items, or game progress.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTC Poker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FTC Poker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
