When contacting support, please include your account email, your device type (for example, iPhone 15), and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful for gameplay or visual issues.
How do I create or join a game?
From the main menu, tap Host to create a private table and receive a game code. Share that code with the friends you want to play with. To join an existing game, tap Join and enter the code your host shared with you.
I made an in-app purchase but did not receive my coins. What should I do?
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. If your purchase was successful but your coin balance has not updated, try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@ballwaygames.net with your purchase receipt (available in your Apple ID purchase history) and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your FTC Poker account and all associated data, email us at support@ballwaygames.net from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will permanently delete your account, display names, purchase history, and game data within 30 days of your request.
How do display names work?
Each FTC Poker account can hold up to three display names at a time. You can purchase new display names from the in-app marketplace, equip one as your active name, and release names back to the marketplace when you want to free up a slot. Display names are subject to our community guidelines and may be removed if they violate our terms.
What happens if I disconnect mid-game?
If you lose your connection during a hand, FTC Poker will automatically attempt to reconnect you. Your chips and your seat at the table are preserved while we restore your connection. If you cannot reconnect in time, your hand will be folded for that round, but your remaining chips stay safe at the table for the next hand.
How do I report a player or display name?
If you encounter a player or display name that violates our community guidelines, please email us at support@ballwaygames.net with the offending display name and a description of the issue. We review all reports and take action when warranted.
How do I restore previous purchases on a new device?
Your FTC Poker purchases and inventory are tied to your account. Sign in on the new device and your coin balance, owned cosmetics, and display names will sync automatically.
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly. What should I do?
Try the following steps in order:
- Force-close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have the latest version of FTC Poker installed
- Make sure your device is running a supported version of iOS
